Long-running agents can appear settled while continuation intent, stale callbacks, transcript state, checkpoints, provider waits, or identity boundaries remain unsafe.

System

Real state transition → seven settlement gates → deterministic precedence → Pass / Watch / Block → smallest correction / audit state.

Public repository exposes a seven-gate settlement preflight and generic guardrail engine.
Recorded proof corpus reports 52 release checks + 5 judgment tests for the hardened DriftGuard release.
A historical benchmark record reports 24/24 agreement, zero critical false passes, and 17 unsupported passes prevented.
Current packaging explicitly separates deterministic enforcement from bounded semantic AI interpretation.

Claim boundary

What this does not prove.

Do not claim production-proven incident prevention, customer adoption, or ROI.
Historical benchmark evidence is preserved as recorded proof, not upgraded into a current green-CI claim.
A prior finalization branch had failed CI; the latest default-branch commit did not expose a connector-visible combined status in this pass.
